The policy of only answering/dealing with two queries per visit was somewhat informative. I had a number of queries (3 and 2 on when my next smear was) and wasn't allowed ask my third question. I had a few as I thought it would save my time and surgery's time by asking the question in one visit.

Staff responsive, polite, cheerful, and helpful, ever feels like you're being a bother. Visited multiple times and reception staff in particular are excellent. Staff seen at appointments are friendly and answered many questions I had happily.
